- Video output set to an unsupported resolution
Try this first
- Try a different HDMI cable and a different TV input.
- Boot into safe mode: hold the power button until you hear two beeps, then choose Change Video Output.
- Inspect the HDMI port under light — a bent pin or cracked shell means it needs repair.
